Envoy Care Center (ECC) is dedicated to rebuilding the family structure that was lost during the use and abuse of Substances. We will empower you to start over and get your priorities back to where they should be. To unify and create a stronger family will be the goal of ECC.

We interact with other programs and community based organizations and agencies to help individuals, groups, and families understand and learn of the problems
 dealing with substance abuse.

We provide prevention, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, HIV/Aids education, referral services, recovery and treatment planning, alcohol and drug education, men, women, and family groups, and perinatal services for pregnant, post partum, and parenting women with substance abuse problems.

A Tochi Family Children Center

Envoy Care Center has been certified by the State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs to provide Drug Medi Cal and Alcohol or Other Drug treatment services.
   ECC provides substance abuse education, counseling and referral services for adolescents, adults, and specialized services for women.

Youth Program Goals and objectives:
Envoy Care Center is committed to effective and measurable behavior modification treatment for all clients. To this end, the following goals and objectives
 have been identified.



Envoy Care Center staffs are certified substance abuse specialist. We provide participants
with a staff that is culturally sensitive and ethnically and racially diverse.

ECC provide constant training for its staff in order to keep up with new methods of counseling, updated alcohol and drug education information, laws and regulation that pertain to confidentiality (HIPPA) and participant's rights.
